HOW DO I KNOW YOU HAVE GOT MY ORDER?
As soon as you place an order with us, you will receive a confirmation email on the email address you entered on your order with an order number. If for some reason, you did not receive an email, please check your spam folder and move littlebirdiegift@gmail.com to your safe sender list.
HOW DO I CHANGE A PRODUCT IN MY ORDER?
If you need to change an item in your order, please contact us immediately. If your order has not been processed yet we will make the change. However, if it has already been processed then we will not be able to make any changes, especially since most of our products are personalized.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE DISPATCHED?
We usually dispatch your order within 6-7 working days of placing the order. Once the product is dispatched from the warehouse, delivery time may vary based on your location. Generally, the transit time for metros is 5-6 working days while other destinations could take up to 6-7 working days. If you require an urgent delivery, express delivery charges will be applicable as per actuals. CAN MY ORDER BE GIFT WRAPPED?

Due to the personalized nature of our products, www.littlebirdie.co.in has a strict no exchanges, no returns or no refunds policy across the website. In the event that a product that reaches you is damaged, please email us at littlebirdiegift@gmail.com within 2 working days along with images of the damaged product and we will be glad to help you out.
